Tifa! Aerith! Put some clothes on, you’re a friggin’ MONK and you’re a friggin’ MAGE for goodness sake~
(Really old, fitting commission thumbnail I found in my archives that I revamped into this sketch. It’s amazing how many good thumbnails I have of things… should reuse them more often…)
This time of the beautiful Melinda Shankar. To be honest, this one wasn’t too hard at all for me, as Indian features aren’t foreign to me since my wife is half-Sri Lankan (and her full-bred cousins) and carries similar facial structure.
Also, this woman can easily pass in a casting for live-action Princess Jasmine. It’s tha’ eyes, man.
Just playing around with some new custom brushes. Fun stuff~
Third iPad Mini sketch. Mai!
I’m actually getting used to drawing on this thing. The Intuos Creative Stylus definitely makes things a bit more manageable than a regular default tablet stylus. The pressure sensitivity helps quite a lot. I still need to play with the brushes, though. I feel I’m not getting what I need out of the default pen/pencil brush, so I’m going to have to play around and create some custom brushes for iPad sketching.
