- Here’s my submission for Capcom’s SF25 Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Tribute.
Figured I’d stick to my guns on this one and represent 25 years worth of lady brawlers from the franchise. It was quite fun, especially since I never drew a finished illo of Juri before.

Digital Painting Practice:
Ingrid from Street Fighter.
Man, I don’t have the patience for digital painting. I know how it should be done, but the process seems SO SLOWWW AND LONNNG. I started this one from blobs and dabs, so I’m impressed with myself for that, but after the character became recognizable, I just stopped giving an F-word. It’s just hard keeping it stroke-based.
I know if I had more of a background in traditional painting than an F- on an art class assignment in high school, I probably would have the patience for this, but I’m never gonna attempt traditional painting again cuz I’m not buying paint and cleaning up my workstation when I’m done. Too much work.
So this is a painting halfway done, ftw!
